Notice of Regular Meeting for Board of Trustees
Monday, June 14th, 2010- 6:30 p.m.
A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Leakey Independent School District will be held on Monday, June 14th, 2010. This meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Leakey Independent School District Cafeteria.
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice.)
Announcements by the chair will indicate whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and that a notice of the meeting was posted according to law.

Executive Session: If during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, subchapters D and E. Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
